Therefore, we were doing most of the business on the phone or virtually “seeing” a property. We decided at the last minute to go up and see properties in person, and Nicole made time for us. We were buying in a crazy market, and her advice was spot on and timely in a fast market. Nicole helped us through the process without putting additional pressure on us to make a decision we weren’t comfortable making.
