For Patrick, the decision to co-found The Agency Narragansett was never about chasing a trend. Patrick brings to real estate a foundation most agents simply don't have. Before entering the industry, he held senior leadership positions in financial services, including serving as a Vice President with Bank of America and operating his own mortgage brokerage. That background shaped his entire philosophy: every client relationship is approached with the analytical discipline of a financial advisor, the strategic patience of a long-term investor, and the directness of someone who has sat on both sides of high-stakes decisions.
He joined what was then one of Rhode Island's most storied luxury real estate organizations in 2017 — a firm built on decades of white-glove service, boutique sensibility, and deep community trust. It was there that Patrick honed his understanding of what luxury real estate representation at its highest level truly looked like, and what was at risk of being lost as the industry began consolidating around scale, systems, and national brand power over local relationship and personal service.

In 2021, together with his wife, business partner, and Co-Founder Nicole Maine, Patrick began laying the groundwork for something different. Something better. The vision was clear: build the kind of brokerage South County deserved — one that combined the sophistication, global marketing reach, and brand power of a world-class luxury firm with the personalized service, local intelligence, and genuine human connection that no corporate playbook can replicate.

Today, Patrick leads the firm's strategic vision, market intelligence platform, business development, and luxury marketing initiatives — while continuing to personally advise a select group of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across Rhode Island's most sought-after coastal communities.
