Patrick Farrell

Patrick Farrell joined Lila Delman Real Compass in 2017 and teamed with his wife and business partner, Nicole Maine. Prior to LDC, Patrick served as a Vice President for Bank of America in the Corporate Leasing Division, preceded by a successful career in the mortgage industry where he managed multi-million-dollar mortgage pipelines as the Managing Director and Owner of a Mortgage Brokerage firm here in Rhode Island.

Patrick has a unique background in the Financial Services industry and takes a systemic approach in representing his clients with a client centric approach.
